Stacey Barter, Jan Wright and Mike Stolte deliver Leading Communities BC (LCBC), a program to engage emerging community leaders in developing their communities. LCBC was funded by the government of Canada as a pilot. LCBC was ranked among the top two of 26 pilot programs funded.
