The 100 Mile Ideas Diet series of conversation cafés is broadcast on Kootenay Co-op Radio every Friday at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:30 am. Host Anna Planedin airs speaker presentations as well as the coffee shop dialogue that ensues later on in the evening.
